Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Definitions

  • Service provider means BFW Transfers Ltd or an agreed individual providing the transfer.
  • Client means the person or organisation arranging the transfer.
  • Driver means the person operating the vehicle.

2. Prices, booking and confirmation

  • Prices shown online and enquiries do not guarantee availability.
  • A transfer is confirmed only when BFW sends an email or message confirming the arrangements.
  • The client must provide accurate passenger, contact, flight, pickup, destination and luggage information.
  • An obvious pricing error may be corrected before confirmation; the client may accept the corrected price or decline the service.

3. Payment

  • The payment method and any payment timing are confirmed before a booking is accepted.
  • A receipt is available on request or supplied through the relevant payment service.

4. Cancellation, refunds and changes

  • Any cancellation, refund or amendment terms that apply to a transfer are confirmed before the booking is accepted.
  • Contact BFW as soon as possible if your plans change so we can check the available options.

5. Delays and airport collections

  • The confirmed collection message sets out the meeting process for the relevant airport and terminal.
  • Tell BFW about a delayed flight or change of plan as soon as possible so we can check the available arrangements.
  • Traffic, weather, road closures and events outside reasonable control can affect timings.

6. Luggage, conduct and safety

  • The client must disclose luggage and equipment accurately so a suitable vehicle can be considered.
  • Seat belts must be worn and passengers must follow lawful safety instructions.
  • Unsafe, abusive or severely intoxicated behaviour may result in the service ending.

7. Liability and events outside control

BFW does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that restriction, BFW is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including severe weather, road incidents, police activity, industrial action or similar disruption.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Concerns should first be raised with BFW at bookings@bfwtransfers.co.uk or 01253 366130. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction unless consumer law requires otherwise.
