 Terms and Conditions

 

1️⃣ Definitions

  • Service Provider: BFW Transfers Ltd or any individual providing transfer services.

  • Client: Person or entity booking the transfer.

  • Driver: Person operating the vehicle.

2️⃣ Booking & Confirmation

  • Booking Process: Book online, by phone, or email. Confirmation is subject to availability. Pricing errors will be corrected; you may accept or reject. Full refund if cancelled due to error.

  • Information Required: Accurate flight details, pickup time, and destination must be provided.

  • Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once you receive an email or message.

3️⃣ Payment

  • Methods: Cash, credit/debit card, or other specified methods.

  • Terms: Payment may be required at booking, in advance, or directly to the driver. Return trips paid in full at time of outward journey if paying cash.

  • Receipts: Available on request or automatically for online payments.

4️⃣ Cancellation & Refunds

  • By Client: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund; less than 24 hours may incur a fee.

  • By Provider: We may cancel due to unforeseen circumstances; full refund provided.

  • Refund Timeline: Processed within 7–10 business days.

5️⃣ Changes to Booking

  • Changes must be communicated 24 hours in advance; subject to availability and possible extra charges.

  • Notify us of flight delays; we will attempt to accommodate changes.

6️⃣ Service Conditions

  • We make every effort to arrive on time but are not liable for traffic, weather, or other delays.

  • Airport Waiting Time: ⏱ 60 minutes after scheduled flight landing. If no contact is made, driver may leave without refund. Additional waiting: £20/hour.

  • Clients are responsible for luggage fit; we are not liable for loss or damage.

7️⃣ Liability

  • Vehicles and drivers are fully insured.

  • Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • No liability for circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, natural disasters, terrorism, industrial action, accidents, police activity).

8️⃣ Conduct & Safety

  • Unsafe, abusive, or intoxicated behaviour may result in service termination without refund.

  • Damage or soiling to the vehicle: minimum charge £75.

  • Seat belts must be worn; we comply with all traffic laws.

9️⃣ Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal data collected for bookings will be used in accordance with our privacy policy and law.

  • Data will only be shared when required by law or necessary for service provision.

🔟 Third-Party Transfers

  • We may pass your booking to other airport transfer companies if circumstances beyond our control require it.

📍 Governing Law

  • These T&Cs are governed by UK law. Disputes will first be negotiated; unresolved disputes fall under UK court jurisdiction.

📝 Amendments

  • We may update these T&Cs at any time; significant changes will be communicated.

Acceptance

  • By booking with BFW Transfers, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
